Over time we have seen the importance of taking women step-by-step along the path of growth that God has for them. This is a process. YIB has developed this programme to challenge women to apply the teaching very practically in every day life. In small groups
(all led by a YIB team member) we evaluate assignments, giving positive feedback
and praying for each other.
